What I love about working within HR is that no two days are the same. The field of HR is so broad that I have developed into a generalist. I have experience in coordinating recruitment processes, writing a labor market communication plan, setting up a vitality policy, payroll, supervising sick leave and everything to do with binding and engaging employees.

Since June 2023, I have been working as People & Culture Manager at The Information Lab. I am single-handedly responsible for HR and therefore deal with all the different facets. The great thing about my job at The Information Lab is the informal atmosphere, the nice colleagues, the freedom for ideas and the opportunity to develop myself further through education and training.
