People make the difference!

Steering based on data is the most important development for companies in the coming years. The competitiveness of a company stands or falls with the quality and speed of information provision. What matters is the effective use of the right data for better operations.

Those who respond better, faster and more creatively to changes in the market can thus be a significant step ahead of the competition.
Despite large investments in data-driven work, McKinsey (2019) found that 74% of organisations that want to work data-driven are only able to convert 'analytics' into concrete actions.

"You don't know what you don't know. When you know, you start to see. We help you understand what you see and turn these new insights into actions that contribute to the success of your organisation."

Data-driven working
Becoming better and more successful at data-driven working is a process of change. It takes time, perseverance and leadership. It requires a good balance between improvements in the areas of 'people, process and technology'. People are the engine of this change.

  • Is one motivated to work data-driven?
  • Is there enough knowledge & skill in-house to extract value from data using modern technology?
  • Are business processes designed to encourage insight-driven work?

Research by Forbes (2019) shows that 67% of people do not feel data-ready and that 50% of these people do need to make decisions based on data. What we see in practice is that many of these people do want to work data-driven, but do not know how to initiate this change.
