In the Sales Support role, you will be the hub of our sales team. Your responsibility is to support the Sales department and keep the entire sales process running smoothly. You will have close contact with customers and pass on valuable sales opportunities to our salespeople.
But what exactly are you going to do?
You will play an important role in maintaining customer contact. This means answering phone calls, handling emails and providing excellent sales support to our valued customers. In addition, you will monitor the processes within our Sales team,
administration and follow-up. Purchasing software licenses and matching them with the right customers is also part of your responsibilities.
