Simona believes that every company should make their decisions based on data and she specialised in data visualisation and analysis. She enjoys understanding businesses, their main challenges and hence helping them to use their data to act on them. At the same time, Simona enjoys coaching and guiding people to empower them and make them successful.
Simona started working in Management Consulting in 2012 in Milan.
She moved to London in 2015 to start her data journey with the Data School UK of The Information Lab, working with customers such as Boston Consulting Group, Inchcape Shipping and Conduent.
After, she joined the BI team at Exasol, an in-memory analytical database, and then she decided to take on the challenge to build the BI team at Natoora, being responsible to develop their data strategy and turning data into valuable insights for the company.
Before joining the Information Lab in the Netherlands, she worked at Salesforce for Tableau as Pre-Sales Engineer in London and in Amsterdam, where she moved at the beginning of 2023.
In her spare time, Simona likes doing pilates, travelling, trying new restaurants and she is learning kayaking. Moreover, she’s passionate about wines and she’s member (and Sommelier) of the Italian Sommelier Association from 2014.
