After obtaining my Master's degree in Data Science at the University of Amsterdam, I started working as a Technical Consultant at Micro Focus (formerly HP). At this employer, I worked specifically within the ITOM (or IT Operations Management) portfolio. During this period, I worked with large and international organisations on building, configuring, migrating and automating information systems. Some of the products I worked with are: Service Manager, Asset Manager, Universal CMDB and Robotic Process Automation.
As I gained experience in the successful deployment of sold solutions, I noticed that my skills in IT, data and programming were a welcome addition to the team almost everywhere. At customers, I often quickly became the expert on (linux) servers, automation and coming up with solutions for problems that were considered difficult or unsolvable. Because of this diversity of experiences and my genuine interest in IT and data, I have developed into an all-round IT professional and Consultant.
January 2022 I started at The Information Lab as BI Consultant and Server Specialist. Since then I have studied Tableau Server and am now certified. I help various customers with deployments, migrations, upgrades and performance improvements. I have also gained experience in Alteryx.
